The Lazy CF utilizes the services of several nationally renowned visiting Master Chefs who love the ranch and western slopes of the Rocky Mountains asa well as the opportunity to prepare and offer their favorite recipes and flavors with the local fresh resources.. You can count on our meals to always be fresh with plenty of variations to suit everyone's palette. Vegan, gluten-free, or most any other food requirement can be provided to suit the individual and/or occasion.
You' ll be delighted with daily fresh breads, seemingly endless buffets, salad bars, and special dinners paired with regional wines, and western ranch cooking.. All of your entrees, appetizers, salads are made fresh daily. Lunches and dinners always include salads and seasonal, regional produce whenever possible.
